Nestled within the Reebok Sports Club in Canary Wharf, the Reebok Spa has 7 treatment rooms(we have 10 treatment rooms if we are including Physio and Osteo), plus a tranquil relaxation area. The Reebok Spa is the perfect place to unwind in this busy business district. Using only the finest quality products including Decleor, Guinot, MD Formulations, Bare Minerals Make Up, ST Tropez and OPI. The Spa offers a range of luxurious treatments incorporating the latest up to date treatment technologies, for a full list of treatments simply click on the links to the right.

We offer the full range of products from all of our product houses that can be purchased from our reception or as recommended by your therapist to enable you to continue your Spa experience at home and benefit from an ongoing sense of well being.

General Advice

The Reebok Spa welcomes members and non-members and our experienced Therapists are on hand to advise you and create a personalised spa programme.  If you have any treatment requests outside of the normal Spa treatment menu, please contact Nicky our Spa Manager who will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.

The Reebok Spa is extremely popular and we would recommend that you book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.

Gift Cards

Reebok Spa Gift cards are available to purchase for any denominations and are the perfect gift.

What to Bring

Other than yourself you may be required to bring comfortable clothing with you for certain treatments, robes are available on request for you comfort. Disposable flip flops and paper underwear are also supplied for some of the treatments. Gentleman will be required to wear underwear during treatments. Should you wish to change into a robe please ensure that you arrive with sufficient time to do so before your appointment. Should you plan to extend your stay and use the Reebok Sports Clubs gym facilities and pool, you will also need to bring suitable clothing, i.e. swim wear, tracksuit, a top and training shoes.  The onsite Reebok Sports Shop has an extensive range of sportswear if required. Following your visit you may wish to visit the Reebok Restaurant for hot and cold drinks, snacks and meals available 8am – 10pm (Mon-Fri), dress code is smart casual.

Questionnaire

All new guests will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before the treatment. If you are in any doubt as to your physical condition or are suffering from any illness or undergoing any treatment, you should contact your doctor and seek advice before hand.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given when cancelling or making changes to your appointment otherwise a 100% fee will apply.

Choice of Treatments

Not all treatments complement each other and may, if booked together, conflict in terms of the benefits they are intended to produce. If you are considering booking a range of treatments, we recommend that you seek the advice of our fully qualified therapists before confirming your appointment.

Use of Sports Club Facilities

If you intend to use the clubs wet leisure facilities (swimming pool, steam and sauna) we recommend that you do so prior to having any treatments. Use of the Steam Room and Sauna may indeed prove beneficial in preparing your skin for certain treatments however it may not be beneficial for other treatments, always ask at the time of booking. There is an additional charge for non-club members to use these facilities, however you will receive a free visit following your first spa treatment

Following spa treatments we recommend that you do not go swimming or use the sauna/steam for a period of 24hours.  

To make an appointment we ask that you call 0844 558 1329 or visit The Spa as many treatments need to be discussed before booking can take place. The Spa is located on the 2nd floor above Waitrose behind the clubs main reception.  Open to both members and non-members
