ALAN HERDMAN PILATES
We’ve partnered with Alan Herdman to provide our premium pilates classes*. Alan set up Britain’s first ever Pilates studio in the UK in 1970 after studying the Joseph Pilates method in New York. He is internationally recognised as an authority on Pilates, has written several bestselling books and gives lectures around the world.
Group sessions are featured in the timetable below, 1-2-1 and 4-2-1 sessions can also be booked which are tailored to your body, focusing on individual injuries, sport specific as well as general strength and conditioning.
There is no need to book for member pilates classes but do check the timetable as some of the more popular classes require a token which can be collected from the main reception 15 minutes before the start of the class.
