Featuring bell-shaped weights with thick handles, kettlebell training is a terrific full body workout. Its impact on cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength equates to taking up weightlifting, yoga, gymnastics and middle distance running at the same time.
This highly time-efficient form of exercise involves lifting and swinging the kettlebell using a series of moves, some very similar to yoga. Training works the whole body as one unit, opening out the joints and stretching the muscles to their full potential, all with the benefit of resistance.
