FREE HEALTH CHECKS
If you’re tired all the time or feel you’re not performing your best, you could be deficient in vital nutrients. Pinpoint the problem with one of our free 15-minute health and diet checks.
Our eight-week weight management programme offers one-to-one support from a healthcare specialist, including nutritional analysis, health checks, exercise guidance, recipes and regular measurements.
Nutritional therapy begins with a detailed assessment of your symptoms, diet history, lifestyle and goals. We then create a bespoke nutritional programme for you, with follow-up consultations typically taking place every four to six weeks and email/phone support between appointments if you need it.
THE PRACTITIONERS:LUCY GRAINGE BSc DIP IOM MBANT
Following several years of in-depth study and training, Lucy qualified as a nutritionist in 2007. She is a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the professional body for nutritional therapists.
TIM HART BSc (Hons) Nutrition
Tim studied nutrition for three years, learning the major principles of diet and its effect on health.He also gained valuable experience working within an NHS hospital for a year. He deals with all areas of nutrition including sports nutrition and has managed diets for women who are pregnant, people with an illness and those who need a weight loss programme, to name a few.
