Some information from Julie
The above are examples that I experience regularly in my general practice.
I have a lot of energy for my work and one of the most important things to me is that regardless of the situation you are in, my job as a therapist is to support you emotionally throughout. I am there to assess how you are coping and enable you to move on in your own time - feeling stronger.
I see many clients through their workplace-counselling scheme, Employment Assistance Programme. (EAP). I work with AXA-ICAS and insurance companies.
The procedure is as follows
1. The Spa will pass your contact details on to myself and I will personally contact you.
2. We will arrange a mutually convenient time.
3. You will come in for an initial assessment, (1 hour appointment) to discuss what has brought you here with some background information.
4. Decide from there what you feel you would like to do and I will let you know in my professional opinion what I think would be the way forward.
Additional information
I teach personal and professional development workshops at the City Lit, www.citylit.ac.uk in Covent Garden WC2. There are MANY personal development courses that are great, do have a look. I have listed an example below
Personal Development Course - Anyone can take part in this 2 day workshop
Anger: Cool head or Hothead.
Blow your top too often? Worried that your behaviour affects others? Anger is potentially harmful as well as an expression of energy. Have some space to answer questions and use exercises to create a positive change for you.
